File & Printing
The print doesn’t look good to me, can something be done?

If you’re not satisfied with the print, contact us immediately. We’ll review the issue and offer solutions like a reprint or adjustment.

How do I choose the right paper type for my print?

We offer various paper types for different needs. In the order system, click the “+” next to each paper type for details. (In the future, you’ll be able to order a sample kit to feel the different options.)

Can I enlarge beyond the recommended maximum size listed on the website?

We don’t recommend enlarging beyond the maximum dimensions, as it may affect print quality. If you’d like a larger size, email us the file, and we’ll let you know if an in-person meeting and test prints are needed.

If I send a file for printing and it doesn't look good to you, will you print it anyway?

No, if your file doesn’t meet our quality standards, we’ll contact you to recommend adjustments before proceeding with the print.

Do I need to send the files at 300dpi resolution?

No, you should upload your largest file. It is not recommended to blow it to 300dpi, as doing so improperly may damage your file.

What color space should I use for printing?

We recommend using Adobe RGB 1998 or sRGB color spaces. Adobe RGB 1998 has more saturated colors, so it’s best to view your files on a calibrated monitor.

I don’t have a JPG or TIF file, what should I do?

Convert your file in Photoshop or Lightroom and save it as a JPG or TIF.

Do you keep the files that were printed in case I want to print them again in the future?

Currently, no. However, this will be available in the future, but only if you are signed in as a user.

Delivery & Pickup
What are your delivery times?

Currently, we offer pick-up only. You’ll receive an email and SMS once your order is ready. Prints are typically ready within 2-3 business days, while frames and mounts take up to 15 business days.

Do you deliver nationwide?

Currently, for mounting and framing, during our introductory period, we offer pick-up only from our studio at Hazerem 1 St., Tel Aviv. Prints can only be shipped.

Can I see a proof before you print?

No, but if it’s important, you can order a small print first. Once received, you can decide if any changes are needed. Select the “Don’t Adjust My File” option in the cart.

How long does it take for prints only, and can you ship them to me?

Prints typically take 2-3 business days. Shipping should be selected during checkout. (Note: As of now, prints can only be shipped within Israel.)

Where can I park near your location for pickup?

There is a large parking lot right across from our studio.

Glazing Options
Is acrylic better than glass if I want to hang above the bed or in a child’s room?

Yes, acrylic is lighter and shatterproof, making it a safer choice for bedrooms or children’s rooms where glass could be a concern.

Is anti-reflective glass the same as matt glass?

No, anti-reflective glass reduces glare with a special coating, while matt glass has a textured surface that diffuses light and softens the image. We don’t offer matt glass, but our Diasec Acrylic FaceMount has a matt option that slightly reduces colors, contrast, and sharpness.

I still see reflections with anti-reflective glass, is that possible?

Yes, while anti-reflective glass minimizes reflections, it may not eliminate them entirely, especially in certain lighting conditions, such as large windows opposite the frame or when viewed from sharp angles.

How do I clean the glass or acrylic?

Use a soft, lint-free cloth and a gentle cleaning solution. Avoid abrasive materials to prevent scratches.

Frames & Hanging
The frame I selected looks different from what I received, what should I do?

Our handmade wooden frame profiles are made from solid wood, so slight variations in color and texture may occur. We always aim for the cleanest and most consistent wood possible.

How do I hang the prints?

For wooden float or box frames, we attach 2 metal hangers at the top corners. Please refer to the attached instructions.
(In Aluminum frames, we use an aluminum wire. For prints mounted on Dibond or Diasec, we use a rear aluminum structure that both distances the print from the wall and serves as a hanger.)

Can I see a mock-up of the frame on my wall at home?

Not yet, but we’re working on it!

Can I hang the frame outdoors in a covered area without direct sunlight?

Yes, as long as it’s protected from direct sunlight. For outdoor use, we recommend Laminated FineArt prints on Dibond with a Wooden Float Frame or Aluminum Back Frame.

Do you recommend hanging frames under an air conditioner?

We advise against hanging frames directly under an air conditioner, as temperature fluctuations and potential water exposure can damage the materials over time.

Is the listed total size the outer dimensions of the frame?

Yes, the listed size refers to the outer dimensions of the frame.

Warranty & Returns
What is your warranty period?

We offer a 3-year warranty on all prints and frames, provided they are kept in proper conditions—no direct sunlight, high humidity, extreme temperature changes, or exposure to acidic materials. Ensure the framed works are hung correctly; the warranty doesn’t cover damage from improper hanging.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 48 hours after delivery. Please contact us for more details. Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll review your case and promptly provide the most suitable solution.

Pricing & Payment
What justifies the premium pricing of your frames?

Our frames are crafted with the highest-quality materials and handmade craftsmanship, ensuring durability and an elegant finish. The price reflects the quality and care that goes into each product.

Is there a price difference between ordering online and coming to your location in person?

Yes, ordering online is affordable than placing an order in person, as in-person orders include additional services such as print tests, consultation, and extra time spent on specific customization.

General Information & Support
Is the Printhouse responsible for verifying the intellectual property (IP) of the artwork you print or display?

Am I responsible for the size and customization choices of my order?
